Why Study Marketing?
Marketing matches a company’s products and services to customers who want to purchase these products. Marketers manage the process of delivering value to satisfy the needs of consumers. They do this by putting the right products in the right place, at the right price, at the right time. They design promotional and sales plans to inform and persuade consumers to buy their products.
