Athletics

º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓÆµ offers a highly competitive athletic program within a supportive academic environment, with a strong focus on assisting student athletes in their pursuit of a four-year college degree.

Affiliations

The Rockland Hawks compete in the Mid-Hudson Conference and belong to Region XV of the National Junior College Athletic Association. Many º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓÆµ alumni advance to competing at NCAA- or NAIA-sponsored colleges or universities and several have gone on to professional sports careers as players, coaches, scouts and trainers.

Intramural Sports

Intramural Sports are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the semester from 12:30 – 1:30 pm (Common Hour) in the Fieldhouse unless otherwise indicated on the intramural calendar.

Student Hours
Monday and Wednesday: 12:15 – 2 pm & 3:15 – 4 pm 
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 12:15 – 4 pm

Athletics Hours 
Monday – Friday: 3:00 – 5:00 pm

Students must be registered for 6 credits and have valid Student ID

Faculty & Staff Hours
Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
