Students who participate in the off-campus housing program with STAC are required to live on campus for both the fall and spring semesters. Requests to vacate must be extenuating and beyond the student’s control. Students must receive approval from º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Housing staff BEFORE vacating their room. Students who do so without prior approval may be subjected to financial penalty. Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be reviewed and a decision to be rendered.
Please note that if a housing contract breach is approved the student will be notified in writing and subject to a $2,000 fee for breaking the housing contract, in lieu of the $7300 fee typically charged for the entire semester. Students also MUST officially check out of their residence hall with a designated STAC Housing staff member. Not doing so may result in additional financial penalties.
